- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with organizational vision
- Build and manage external partnerships with research labs and innovation hubs
- Mentor teams in future-thinking methodologies and tech literacy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent preferred
