Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Manage financial performance by monitoring budgets, controlling expenses, and maximizing revenue.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of managers and staff.
- Ensure 100% compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates.
- Build strong relationships with local community partners and corporate stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Flexibility to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
