Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations to ensure high standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Manage the hotel's budget, forecasts, and financial reporting with precision.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment for all staff members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, partners, and the local community.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards.
- Lead the sales and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy and ADR.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a luxury hotel setting.
- Proven track record of managing P&L, budgeting, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of property management systems (e.g., Opera, Micros) and hospitality software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
