Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and high standards of service delivery.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage the P&L, control operating costs, and drive revenue strategies to maximize profitability.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a diverse staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
- Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with guests and key accounts, resolving conflicts with a focus on retention and loyalty.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to local regulations, health codes, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
