Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest service, quality, and safety.
- Manage the P&L, ensuring financial targets are met through strategic planning, revenue management, and cost control.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that embodies the Rosewood brand values of authenticity, connection, and inclusivity.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive occupancy, maximize revenue, and enhance brand reputation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and the local Houston community.
- Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across all departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality, including at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and financial performance in a comparable property.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support business needs.
- Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and a deep understanding of luxury service standards.
- Proficiency in property management systems and financial reporting software.
