Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to achieve high performance and guest satisfaction scores.
- Manage the hotel's budget, P&L, and financial forecasting with precision.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders and corporate partners.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a world-class guest experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or upscale setting.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and managing P&L effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid Food and Beverage Manager’s or General Manager’s license where required.
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
