Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Manage the P&L, ensuring revenue growth, expense control, and profitability targets are met.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and high employee retention.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences through brand standards and personalized service.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance occupancy rates and drive direct bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders and corporate partners.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems.
- CHIA certification preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
