Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) statement, controlling expenses and maximizing revenue.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse staff of housekeeping, front desk, and culinary teams.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates and direct bookings.
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries with the utmost professionalism and resolve issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to drive engagement and productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a full-service property.
- Proven track record of financial management and budgeting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or Micros.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business is preferred.
