Your Mission

As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, safety, and profitability. You will be the face of the property, driving revenue growth and fostering a culture of excellence among your staff.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize occupancy rates and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by personally addressing inquiries and resolving escalated issues.
  • Manage the P&L, including budget forecasting, cost control, and inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry.

  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
