Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue, increase occupancy rates, and enhance profitability.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals to ensure high service standards.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and P&L statements with strict adherence to company policies.
- Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as health and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and the local community.
- Resolve complex guest inquiries and complaints to ensure 100% guest satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management or luxury hospitality.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting within the hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a large team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Oracle Opera, Micros, or similar).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
