Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Direct all hotel operations, including front-of-house, housekeeping, culinary, and maintenance to ensure the highest standards of service and safety protocols are met.
- Financial Management: Manage the hotel's P&L, ensuring profitability through effective cost control, revenue management, and strategic budgeting.
- Guest Relations: Act as the primary ambassador for the hotel, building relationships with key clients and resolving complex guest issues to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive work culture that drives engagement and performance.
- Marketing & Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to drive occupancy rates and maximize revenue through partnerships and local events.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local laws, health codes, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in hospitality management, with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role at a luxury hotel.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Proven track record in financial management, staff development, and crisis resolution.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with guests and staff at all levels.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 operations.
