Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage the P&L, focusing on cost control and revenue maximization strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team through comprehensive training programs.
- Foster a culture of exceptional guest service and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive occupancy and group business.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and financial targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English; bilingual is a plus.
