Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
- Manage the P&L, set and achieve financial targets, and control operating expenses.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to drive occupancy, revenue, and brand awareness.
- Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders and partners.
- Conduct regular audits of property conditions and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, including at least 2 years as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of revenue management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and improving guest satisfaction scores.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
