Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue, profitability, and occupancy rates.
- Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) statement, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders, government officials, and corporate partners.
- Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and inquiries with a focus on resolution and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or upscale setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and driving financial performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Food Safety Manager Certification or equivalent is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
