Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and engineering, ensuring high standards of service.
- Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) statement, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded through effective cost control and revenue management.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and enhance the brand reputation.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, providing leadership, coaching, and development to a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and high-profile stakeholders, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and safety protocols.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, vendors, and the local community.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Strong background in luxury hospitality or a comparable high-end service industry.
- Proven experience managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a large team.
- Associate degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure 24/7 operation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems (PMS).
