Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality control.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability (P&L management).
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of department heads and staff to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, community leaders, and industry partners to enhance the hotel's reputation.
- Manage the budget, forecast financial performance, and control operating expenses to achieve financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting, with at least 2 years in a General Manager or Assistant General Manager role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing P&L, driving revenue growth, and improving guest satisfaction scores.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including sales, marketing, human resources, and finance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; bilingual skills are a plus.
