Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and luxury service levels.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and cost control.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a diverse staff of hospitality professionals.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, community stakeholders, and corporate partners.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Address and resolve complex guest complaints with efficiency and empathy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in luxury or resort settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems) and financial software.
- Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores and operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Certification as a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
