Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, brand standards, and local regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with local community leaders and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead a large team.
- Experience in luxury or full-service hotel environments is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
