Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient workflows.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue, increase market share, and maximize profitability.
- Foster a culture of exceptional guest service and high employee engagement through mentorship and leadership.
- Manage the P&L, including budget preparation, forecasting, and strict cost control measures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders, government officials, and key accounts.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, fire, and labor regulations.
- Lead regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure the team is aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in luxury or upscale properties.
- Proven track record of successfully managing P&L, driving revenue growth, and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Valid Food & Beverage Manager or General Manager certification is preferred.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
