Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless execution of services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue, occupancy, and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of hospitality professionals.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L analysis, budget adherence, and cost control measures.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and brand standards at all times.
- Foster strong relationships with local community partners and business networks.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints with urgency and a focus on retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or upscale setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of financial management, budgeting, and revenue management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid California driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
