Responsibilities
- Lead front desk operations, training, and performance optimization
- Resolve complex guest inquiries and service recovery challenges
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B teams
- Implement guest feedback systems and service improvement initiatives
- Manage VIP arrivals and personalized guest experiences
- Oversee reservation systems and inventory management
- Contribute to revenue generation through upselling strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hotel management experience required
- Proven expertise in Opera/PMS systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution and communication skills
- Spanish/Chinese bilingual proficiency preferred
- Strong financial acumen and inventory control knowledge
- Valid California Food Handler Card
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Hotel School degree or equivalent certification
