Responsibilities
- Lead guest check-in/out processes with 5-star efficiency
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with proactive solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Train and mentor front desk staff on service standards
- Monitor online reviews and implement improvement strategies
- Manage VIP guest experiences and special requests
- Analyze occupancy data to optimize revenue opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hotel front desk management experience
- Proven conflict resolution and customer retention skills
- Advanced knowledge of Opera/PMS systems
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Fluency in English with Spanish preferred
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
