- Lead guest engagement initiatives across all touchpoints
- Train and mentor front desk concierge team on service excellence
- Develop and implement personalized guest preference programs
- Resolve complex guest inquiries with discretion and creativity
- Collaborate with F&B and housekeeping departments for seamless operations
- Analyze guest feedback to drive service improvements
- Oversee VIP arrival experiences and special event coordination
Qualifications
- 5+ years luxury hospitality management experience
- Proven track record in guest satisfaction metrics
- Advanced proficiency in Opera/PMS systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution and communication skills
- Spanish/English bilingual proficiency required
- Knowledge of Albuquerque tourism landscape
- Event planning and CRM management experience
- Valid New Mexico hospitality certification
