Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and staff scheduling
- Resolve guest concerns with personalized solutions
- Train and mentor team members on service excellence
- Collaborate with housekeeping and F&B departments
- Implement revenue management strategies for room bookings
- Maintain guest satisfaction metrics above 95%
- Coordinate VIP arrivals and special events
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hotel management experience
- Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and property management systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid California Food Handler's certification
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Spanish fluency preferred
