- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations using PMS systems
- Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction standards
- Operate phone systems and manage multi-line communication channels
- Assist with concierge services and local area information requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
