Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/out procedures efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly using solution-oriented communication
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain financial accountability
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and facility standards
- Utilize Opera PMS software for room management and guest preference tracking
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and hotel amenities
- Maintain detailed guest profiles for personalized service continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual capabilities preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a calm demeanor under pressure
- Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal etiquette
- High school diploma or equivalent required
