Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using property management systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining service standards
- Process payments, manage cash operations, and ensure accurate shift balancing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to optimize guest satisfaction
- Assist with room assignments, special requests, and VIP guest arrangements
- Maintain immaculate front desk appearance and organized workstations
Qualifications
- High school diploma; hospitality degree or relevant certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury hotel guest services or similar role
- Exceptional communication skills and multilingual abilities (Spanish highly valued)
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of Los Angeles attractions and transportation systems
