Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using hotel systems
- Handle reservations and modify bookings
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Process payments and manage cash handling
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling
