Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while verifying reservation details
- Process payments and manage guest accounts with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/PMS)
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with attention to detail
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for valet duties)
