Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel property management systems.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding reservations and hotel amenities.
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality certification is a plus.
- No prior experience necessary; we train enthusiastic candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
