Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front desk service including check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest account records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Utilize property management systems for efficient operations
- Uphold brand standards through professional communication and appearance
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset
- Valid Michigan driver's license preferred for valet role
