Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes using our property management system
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with prompt professionalism
- Manage reservations and room assignments while maintaining accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and escalate to management when necessary
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with strict adherence to financial protocols
- Conduct daily audits of guest accounts and billing information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency (typing and navigation skills)
- Positive attitude with genuine desire to help others
