Responsibilities
- Execute warm and professional greetings for arriving guests, ensuring a high-standard welcome experience.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Provide accurate local information, recommendations, and directions to guests visiting Long Beach.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly with a focus on problem-solving and satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces.
- Assist in coordinating special requests such as room service, wake-up calls, and transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and property management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 20 lbs).
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
