- Handle check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room assignments
- Resolve guest inquiries and service requests proactively
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling for premium room categories and amenities
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization at the front desk
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, FOSSE)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Texas Food Handler certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
