Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm smile and professional demeanor.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions and services.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
