Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage guest check-in and check-out procedures, including handling payments and room keys.
- Guest Relations: Answer guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel services promptly and politely.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls professionally and take accurate messages.
- General Support: Assist with lobby maintenance, coordinate with housekeeping, and resolve minor guest issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: No prior hotel experience required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are the most important qualifications.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a focus on customer service excellence.
