Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries with professionalism and a positive tone.
- Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels and loyalty.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby area, and common spaces.
- Assist with room service orders and coordinate with housekeeping staff as needed to ensure room readiness.
- Perform light administrative duties, such as filing and data entry, when not at the front desk.
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required; we train all new hires.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
