Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk team and daily operations during assigned shifts
- Handle complex guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Train staff on reservation systems, check-in/check-out procedures, and brand standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for seamless operations
- Execute upselling opportunities for premium room categories and amenities
- Manage lost and found inventory with proper documentation procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years in hotel guest services with supervisory experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of Indianapolis tourism attractions and transportation
- Proven track record of exceeding guest satisfaction targets
