Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk staff and ensure seamless guest check-in/check-out processes
- Train and mentor team members on service standards and hotel operations
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping for optimal occupancy
- Implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
- Collaborate with departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) for operational excellence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hotel front desk management experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, SiteMinder)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation a plus
