Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk operations including check-in/check-out, VIP guest handling, and reservation management
- Train and supervise 10+ front desk agents to maintain exceptional service standards
- Resolve complex guest issues and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless guest experiences
- Analyze guest feedback metrics and develop action plans for service enhancement
- Manage inventory for front desk supplies and amenities
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hotel front desk management with proven leadership experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid Kansas hospitality management certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Wichita tourism attractions and local services
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- BS/BA in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Fluency in English; Spanish language skills highly desirable
