Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes
- Train and mentor 8-10 guest services associates on service standards
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Implement revenue management strategies for room inventory
- Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and performance reviews
- Manage VIP guest experiences and special requests
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel front desk management experience
- Proven leadership skills with team development background
- Expert knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Kentucky driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Hotel/restaurant management degree or equivalent certification
