Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk team members and ensure seamless check-in/out processes
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Train staff on hotel systems, service standards, and safety protocols
- Monitor daily revenue management strategies and occupancy metrics
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Implement upselling strategies to enhance revenue streams
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel front desk or guest services management experience
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Oklahoma hospitality certification preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Knowledge of local attractions and tourism trends
