Responsibilities
- Lead front desk operations including check-in/check-out, VIP arrivals, and guest complaint resolution
- Train and mentor 10+ guest service associates on service excellence standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B teams for integrated guest experiences
- Implement and optimize property management systems for operational efficiency
- Develop strategic loyalty programs and personalized guest recognition initiatives
- Analyze guest feedback metrics to drive continuous service improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hotel guest services with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Proven expertise in Opera or similar PMS systems
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Exceptional conflict resolution and cross-cultural communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in service metric reporting
- Valid Colorado Food Handler's and Alcohol Server permits
