Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping staff schedules and assignments
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure surpassing cleanliness standards
- Train new housekeepers on proper sanitation protocols and efficiency techniques
- Manage inventory control for cleaning supplies and amenities
- Address maintenance requests and coordinate with engineering department
- Implement sustainable cleaning practices and waste reduction initiatives
- Conduct regular staff performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years of housekeeping experience in luxury hospitality setting
- Proven leadership experience with team supervision
- Knowledge of OSHA sanitation standards and EPA-approved disinfectants
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills with attention to minute details
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
