Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes and room management
- Train and mentor guest services staff on premium service standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Implement upselling strategies to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements
- Manage inventory of guest supplies and amenities
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in hotel front desk management or senior guest services role
- Proven experience with hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with team management experience
- Certification in hospitality management preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (bilingual required)
- Knowledge of El Paso tourism landscape
