Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee our front-of-house operations. In this role, you will:
- Manage the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient check-ins and check-outs for all guests.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of front desk agents and bell staff to uphold our brand standards.
- Handle high-level guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and professionalism to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels for guest amenities and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
- Implement and enforce security protocols and safety procedures within the hotel premises.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote hotel packages and special events.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records of guest feedback and operational metrics.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Administration is a plus.
- Proven track record of excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and develop team members.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Maestro) and MS Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
