Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front desk operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service standards
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping/ maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize Opera property management system for all guest transactions
- Collaborate with concierge and F&B teams to enhance guest experiences
- Participate in daily briefings and uphold brand service protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency with Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish highly valued
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments during peak seasons
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and warm, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of San Diego attractions and transportation systems
