Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations and optimize room assignments for maximum occupancy
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly using our CRM system
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Conduct property tours and upsell premium amenities to guests
- Participate in daily briefings and implement service improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification a plus)
- 0-2 years experience in customer service or hospitality roles
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia attractions and transportation
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
