Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional front desk services including check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Utilize property management systems to track guest preferences and special requests
- Uphold strict safety and security protocols for all guests and staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
