Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to strict health and safety standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors in hallways and rooms to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Empty trash bins and replace trash liners in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety and security.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
